Eureka Springs is one of my favorite places to visit in Arkansas! If I had the money and time (and if I didn’t have a mile long list of other places I need to vacation to) I’d probably visit Eureka Springs every year. It’s home to historical buildings, shopping, natural springs, hiking trails, Beaver Lake – I mean, what else can you ask for?? (I don’t think Arkansas gets enough street cred for being vacation-worthy. Maybe that’s a good thing…it might keep the hordes of tourists away so I can still enjoy my visits there!) Arkansas Roadside Attractions: Inspiration Point
Have you ever been to Arkansas? It’s doesn’t seem to be a top travel destination for most, but it’s definitely a place that I love visiting! I wouldn’t say I’ve “seen it” when it comes to this state. All my travels have been laser-focused on the Northwest corner, and always in May. The Ozark Mountains, Beaver Lake, Eureka Springs, Canoeing the Buffalo River; these are the things I’m familiar with! When I return, (and I will return!), it will most likely be to these same spots!
