If you’ve never been to Amarillo, Texas… well, you’re probably on a long list of people! Amarillo isn’t exactly what I would call a “travel destination”, but it does have a couple of notable things going for it. Number 1 is that it’s located on I-40, which is one of the main coast-to-coast interstates in the country. There are few things in life better than a road trip to a place you’ve never been before – driving on the highway with the windows rolled down, the music turned up, and singing a song at the top of your lungs!
